I have a YouTube Channel and related website called 'BEER-N-BBQ by Larry'. It is a cooking, home brewing, and wine making channel and website focused on things I love to eat and drink and how to make them yourself. Featured topics on my channel include barbecue recipes and methods, home brewing recipes and methods, local Chicago area food favorite recipes, and making things from scratch for the best results.
As for me, I live in greater Chicagoland area in Northern Illinois and work a regular day job as a mechanical engineer and engineering applications architect/administrator.
